This guide provides instructions for staff members, webmasters, and marketers on how to best integrate websites, landing pages, forms, and profile listings with your MyMedLeads account. It covers the different web integration options available through the MyMedLeads platform.

2.How To Integrate With MyMedLeads #

Our MyMedLeads team will collaborate closely with you and your staff to determine the optimal integration approach for your business on our platform. We will work seamlessly with you and your web team to integrate your existing forms, websites, landing pages, profiles, and chat software with your MyMedLeads account.

3.Web API Integration Steps #

The preferred integration method for connecting to the MyMedLeads API is the Web API Integration Model. This secure option provides all the necessary features and is popular among our clients for their websites. However, it requires your team to have complete access to the code running your web forms. If your team lacks this access, you must choose one of the alternative integration methods listed below. When the Web API Integration Model is available, our team will provide the required source code and detailed implementation instructions, which may involve an installable WordPress plugin or a .zip file containing the necessary integration files.

Steps To Integrate

  1. Our team will need access to your website and any relevant forms to get started. Providing the domain name or URL of your development site is sufficient.
  2. Our team will prepare the source code, which is typically ready within a few business days.
  3. We will then deliver the source code and instructions to you and your team.

Expectations

We provide the site’s integration code to your web team. If you can grant us access to your website, the MyMedLeads team can typically handle all integration aspects.

 

4.Email Mapping Solution #

Integrating your web forms with MyMedLeads is simple. The instructions only require a single step: add our provided email address to your form’s notification chain. Your Account Executive will supply this email address once they’ve confirmed it’s the right integration model for your web forms. This email mapping solution is the easiest way to get your forms connected to the MyMedLeads platform.

Steps to Integrate:

  1. Obtain the integration email address from your MyMedLeads Account Executive. Your account is assigned a single email address for this purpose.
  2. Include the integration email address in the form’s notification chain, so the MyMedLeads server can be informed of new form submissions. If multiple recipients are on the email, the MyMedLeads email must be listed first.
  3. Perform a single test so the MyMedLeads team can confirm there are no email deliverability issues.

Expectations

We can only proceed once we have received your test email notification containing the form submission data.
If the email body sent to our servers does not include information about the referring URLs (such as PPC, Google, Facebook, etc.), we will be unable to determine how the lead was driven to your site.

5.Zapier Integration #

Many third-party online form and landing page builders offer Zapier integration, which allows you to seamlessly connect your tools and automate workflows. If your form builder supports Zapier and your team has a Zapier paid plan, you can leverage this integration. Facebook also recommends using Zapier as the preferred method to integrate with their Ad Services.
