How do I know if someone has responded to a two-way text?

Click Text Dashboard from the MyMedLeads Home page to browse and filter all text activity on your account.

Open a lead and scroll down to the Text Conversation tab to see the entire history of text conversations with that lead.

Set up an immediate notification when a lead replies to your text.  Go to Preferences> Edit Staff Preferences to find the checkboxes for Notify me of all incoming texts and Notify me of responses to texts that I initiate.
