Can I cancel a scheduled appointment reminder?

Yes.

Go to View Reports> Appointment Confirmation and click the appointment date. If the On/Off dots next to a patient are yellow, meaning they haven’t gone out yet, you can click the OFF side to cancel the reminder.  Be sure to update the Status column too.

Note: canceling one reminder from this report does not opt someone out of receiving email or text from MyMedLeads.
