Account Preferences

Provider users (only) can see and change Preferences on the Account Preferences page.

Go to Preferences > Account Preferences and complete the following sections:

  • Office Hours: Set your M-F office hours.
  • Call on Weekends? By default, weekends will not count against your lead response times. If anyone who works on leads has weekend hours, set them here.
  • Notifications: If you want to receive an email if ANY lead, assigned or not, is not contacted within a certain time, check the appropriate boxes, and enter a valid email or mobile number.
    • This type of notification is global and only goes out to the email and/or mobile number provided on this screen. It is not associated with your user profile.
    • This notification may be overkill depending on what notifications and alerts you already receive on your user profile.
  • Password Setting: You can create a password that block users from certain settings and actions. This password is not associated with your user profile. You can use the same password or set unique passwords for each of the following:
    • The first password would be required in order to delete or disqualify a lead.
    • The other password would be required to access “Manage Staff/Location”, “Edit Services/Procedures”, and “Edit Lead Sources”.
    • MML can see the passwords if you forget them. If any user asks MML for a password, we will get your authorization first.
